idec offers a compete corrosion protection service for all metallic items, whether large or small. We have extensive experience with the domestic, industrial, commercial, petroleum, gas, mining, energy and government sectors. Our facility offers both grit and garnet blasting followed by the application of high build epoxies, two pack polyurethanes, catalysed acrylics, inorganic and epoxy zincs, single and two pack high build zinc phosphates, polysiloxane or enamel finishes.
In addition to the above we offer the arc hot zinc or aluminium metal spray process that is widely used in Europe, especially for marine purposes. This system offers ultra long-term protection.
