Steel Fabrication
idec’s dedicated team of professional fabricators are well experienced in a broad range of steel fabrication and welding procedures suited to industrial, mining and commercial work. With a very strong emphasis on quality and safety idec rigidly meets and exceeds all relevant standards. State of the art technology and a modern fabrication facility enable us to process work efficiently and with confidence.
Prequalified tradespersons (to AS 1554), a full time QA checker and in house magnet particle testing ensures the highest quality in all that is required. Creating our own sophisticated tower jig has enabled millimetre accuracy for the many towers that are produced in our facility. A Beam Line welder is used to weld the built up plate members accurately and efficiently.
